The Datalink RMA department will acknowledge receipt of your request within four business hours (during the business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST). Processing Steps:

1. Completed forms are submitted to the Datalink RMA department electronically by pressing the "Submit" button below or by printing the form and faxing it to (952) 279-4343.
2. Approved RMAs will be issued an authorization detailing shipping instructions and the RMA expiration date.
3. Please note a RMA number is ONLY valid for 15 business days from date of approval.
